  The full Data East Star Wars protector set!
 

Unprotected "Sarlacc Pit"

Step 1

Remove 3 lock nuts.

Step 2

Remove post.

Step 3

Remove 5 screws on kicker.

Step 4

Remove 3 screws on scoop.

Step 5

Install protector.

Step 6

Position tab away from screw hole.

Step 7

Replace post, scoop, kicker and plastic.

Much better!

 
 

Step 1

Remove 2 screws.

Step 2

Remove threaded hex spacers.

Step 3

Remove more plastic.

Step 4

Remove posts.

Step 5

Position the protector in the hole.

Step 6

Replace posts, plastic, spacers and Force plastic.

 
  Mike Ford installed my protectors and added blue LED scoop lighting - sweet!
 

      		Loosen inner black rail and swing to the side
Place protector and swing black rail back in place
Install using included screws.
Do the same for right side eject.
